Our employees working in the production areas are fiercely proud of the beer they help brew, package and distribute all across the world. They’re also proud of the long heritage of the company they work for.
There are many reasons why so many of our production people stay with us for so long. The security that comes from working for a family owned business that is planning for its long term future, and the chance to build an interesting and varied career.
We are the brewers. From mixing the mash to fermenting and filtering the beer, we see the brewing process through from beginning to end.
Join us and you will be responsible for a stage of the brewing process at any one time. Full training will be provided so that when we are busy you can lend a hand to your colleagues
We also have a team of Technicians working in the laboratory, checking all our products to make sure our much loved beers are meeting our exacting standards.
Within packaging we have two teams, Small Pack and Large Pack. The Large Pack team is responsible for packaging into casks and kegs, with Small Pack responsible for packaging into bottle and cans.
Bringing with you previous experience of working within a packaging environment, you will pack our famous brands, with a focus not only on speed but on the quality of the finished product being produced.
Working in our warehouse you will be picking stock, small or large pack, and loading vehicles to be distributed across the world.
As a colleague working in the warehouse you will require strong attention to detail, as it is imperative that loads destined for as far afield as Russia and New Zealand are 100% correct.
As part of the supply chain team you will ensure our distinctive beers get to where they need to be, across the UK and beyond. At a strategic account management level you would ensure our outsourced distribution contracts run like clockwork.
As an engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our sophisticated production machinery is kept in top condition, from overhauling the machines at scheduled shutdowns to trouble shooting when faults happen and completing planned maintenance. These are vital roles at the head of the brewing process.
