From Bombardier to Kirin Ichiban, Young’s Double Chocolate Stout to Courage Best Bitter, our award-winning (and very popular) beers are a joy to sell. What’s more, we are expanding the range all the time – as well as developing into more international markets.

For the talented and determined, there is the chance to develop your career more rapidly than would be possible in many of the larger FMCG companies. There’s the chance to develop fast, moving through Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Account Director levels more rapidly than would be possible in many of the larger FMCG companies. We are split into three groups, both of which operate in the field as well as at our telesales centre:

Off Trade

Working with one or two big supermarket clients, you will be an industry expert with the ability to talk to international retailers in their own language, providing category insight and mutually beneficial growth plans.

On Trade

You’ll build strong, one-to-one relationships that flourish over time, working with partners such as wholesalers , tenanted and managed pub groups and restaurants.

International

You will be developing the sales of our brands in international markets. These roles are often recruited from our own On and Off Trade sales teams.
