There are plenty of opportunities for growth and promotion here, not least because we’re a fairly sizeable company with an innovative approach that keeps us diversifying and growing. (Our international business, from the export of our beer to our pub chain in France, is growing particularly fast and so opening up some interesting opportunities.)

In many of our departments we have an annual budget for training and development including, in some cases funding for professional training and examinations.
Marek Wilimowski (Director of Sales – Cockburn & Campbell) for example was fully funded and supported by the business to qualify as a Wines and Spirits Educator.
