Personal Skills
To run a successful pub you must enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. You will need a strong, positive personality to engage individuals, manage groups and motivate staff.
Personal Licence

Financial Commitment
This will vary according to each business opportunity and the capital required will be shown on the letting details. You will need to demonstrate the amount you are able to invest. In certain circumstances, we may be able to discuss different financial options to help you enter the business.
Business Plan
This should demonstrate your vision for the pub and an understanding of what you will need to do to realise that vision. It should include opportunities for growth, an assessment of your target market and competition, marketing plans and financial projections. You should also think about what support you’d like from us.
