Retail Development Managers (RDMs)
You will be supported by your RDM who acts as your main contact with us and who you will typically see once a month. Their job is to offer you business advice, ideas, information and a link to the range of other support teams.
Customer Support
Help is always just a phone call away. The Help Desk provides a central point of contact for your enquiries including property repairs and queries, compliance issues and other requests.
Property Team
A dedicated in-house team of specialists who can offer advice and support on repair issues and improvements to the property. Unusually within the industry, we retain the responsibility for both the internal and external decoration of the pubs that are let on our Introductory or Classic Tenancy Agreement.
We have well over 250 pubs in our estate and we are continuously looking to add new, good quality properties. Quality is important to us because it’s important to customers so we invest millions each year in our existing pubs to create the ideal environments.
Training
At our prestigious training facility we are able to offer everything from practical basic skills such as Cellar Management through to development of Management Skills. Not only can you and your team draw on our experience and learn new ideas to boost your business and keep customers coming back for more but you can also gain nationally recognised qualifications.
Marketing Support & Advice
