CHARLES WELLS LTD ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF A FURTHER 9 PUBS
The pubs are based across Warwickshire, Essex and Hertfordshire and the deal is expected to complete on Tuesday 30th June 2009.
Announcing the acquisition, Charles Wells Pub Company Sales & Marketing Director Peter Wells commented “It’s our expressed intention to complete the purchase of at least 30 pubs by the end of September and this latest agreement with Punch Taverns brings us closer to our stated aim.”

Charles Wells Pub Company is inviting licensees from the newly acquired pubs to meet the Directors and support team within the next month to demonstrate the assistance that will help drive sales and maximise profitability.
Acquisition of the 9 pubs brings the number of Charles Wells pubs operating on tenancy and lease trading agreements in England to 260.
