The eleventh series of tribute acts run by Bedford brewer and pub operator, Charles Wells, sees a welcome return of the act that brings music and mayhem to the stage – and single-handedly boosts the sales of sunglasses and pork pie hats as fans join in by wearing the gear made famous by the cult musical duo.

Announcing the dates Mandy Black, Marketing Manager for the Charles Wells Pub Company said “The Full Shabang remains one of the most popular tribute acts to perform in our pubs and this new series of dates has already generated a lot of interest from the groups fan base. They offer the ultimate feel-good concert and we’re delighted to welcome them back to Bedford.” Apart from the gig at The White Horse, fans will also be able to catch up with the stars at The Fleur de Lis, Mill St on 17^th, The New Inn, Tavistock Street on 20^th & The Bird in Hand, Brickhill Drive on 24^th September.

The Full Shabang tribute to The Blues Brothers incorporates SKA, Motown, 60’s pop, Irish renditions and a variety of past and present classics within the act. Kevin and Tony started out life in a choir but since teaming up as the legendary Jake and Elwood, have shot to the top of their profession.

‘Stars in Your Bars’ presents The Full Shabang tribute to The Blues Brothers from 8pm at The White Horse, Newnham Avenue, Bedford on Wednesday 30^th August. Get there early to claim the best seats in the house – and don’t forget those shades!
