A perfectly balanced menu mixes favourites like Billingsgate haddock and chips with more adventurous dishes. Braised wild boar, for instance - a perfect recipe for success. Our game and poultry is sourced from local farm Franklins of Thorncote. All our fish is freshly bought in from sustainable stock. Beef is from Scotland. Sausages Pork and Lamb from Croxton Park organic farm. Stilton from Cropwell Bishop. We cook with vegetables from our own gardens at The Hare and Hounds or select the best from local growers.
