The Boot Inn is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, near the ancient village of Eynsham, just a few miles to the west of the city of Oxford, England. The Boot was acquired by Adelaide born Chef Craig Foster in November 2003. The Inn boasts a wealth of exposed beams, stone-flagged floors, a roaring log fire in winter, a pleasant garden in summer, a comfortable bar and secluded dining areas. Renowned for its collection of Boots displayed on the walls from well known sportsmen.
