Who should attend?
Staff authorised to sell alcohol should have knowledge and understanding of the law and their responsibilities under the Licencing Act.
Licensees often ask their staff to attend the ARAR to demonstrate their commitment to the responsible retailing of alcohol and ensure that fully trained staff are equipped to deal with any issues that may arise in their pub.
