These five days will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to take on and run a profitable pub in today's competitive environment. The programme has been designed for licensees with licensees input and is a finalist in this year's National Industry Training Awards (NITA).

All new Charles Wells licensees are required to attend all of the above modules prior to taking a pub.
